生涯規劃 - 職場參觀活動

本校4月22日的周會主題為生涯規劃，除了各級有不同的生涯規劃課程或活動外，當天學生幸福及培育組，以及生涯規劃及多元智能發展組合作，與Teach For Hong Kong和香港飛機工程有限公司(HAECO)舉辦職場參觀活動，讓學生對飛機工程相關的崗位、工作環境、工作要求等有更深入的認識，是次活動除了有公司的職員與大家分享交流外，亦能夠親身到飛機維修的場地進行參觀。是次活動除了讓學生對此工作範疇有更深入了解外，亦能使學生更確定自己的興趣和發展方向，或是繼續探索其他可能性。

Our school’s assembly on 22 April focuses on Life planning. In addition to Life Planning lessons or activities for students at different forms, the WPC and CLP Team jointly collaborated with Teach For Hong Kong and HAECO (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited) to organize a workplace visit.

This activity enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of career opportunities in aircraft engineering, including the work roles, working environment, and job requirements. Apart from company staff sharing their experiences and answering students’ questions, students were also able to visit aircraft maintenance facilities in person.

Apart from helping students develop a deeper understanding of this field, the activity also helped them become more certain about their own interests and development directions, or encouraged them to explore other possible options.
