家教會 - 親子技能體驗課程

家長教師會與技能培育組於2月5日晚上合辦親子技能體驗課程，讓家長及學生體驗製作盆景瓶。技能培育組於課堂開始前，為家長及學生介紹本校現有的評估及鼓勵學生發展共通技能的策略，並將當中重視的共通能力與是次活動扣連，而兩位社工亦藉此機會，向出席家長分享最新的教育相關議題。是次活動除了家長及學生，亦有負責家長教師會的同工參加，活動歷時1小時30分鐘，過程中三方有良好的交流，亦令三方更了解活動當中培育共通技能的過程及重要性，而大家亦製作了美麗的成品，並對活動感到滿意，氣氛十分和諧愉快。在此謝謝負責家長教師會的同工、相關班主任及兩位社工的幫忙及參與，期望同工們也一起為家長教育努力。

The Parent-Teacher Association, in collaboration with the Skills Development Group, held a parent-child skill experience course on the evening of February 5, allowing parents and students to experience making bonsai bottles. Before the class began, the Skills Development Group introduced the existing assessment strategies and encouraged students to develop generic skills, linking these essential competencies to the activity. The social workers also took this opportunity to share the latest educational-related issues with the attending parents.

In addition to parents and students, staff members responsible for the Parent-Teacher Association participated in the event, which lasted for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Throughout the process, there was positive communication between all three parties, enhancing their understanding of the process and importance of developing transferable skills during the activity. Everyone also created beautiful finished products and expressed satisfaction with the event, which had a harmonious and pleasant atmosphere.

We would like to thank the staff responsible for the Parent-Teacher Association, the relevant class teachers, and the two social workers for their assistance and participation. We hope that all staff will continue to work together for the educational advancement of parents.
