I believe that we are no better than our next generation. We, as facilitators, are just the roles taking the lead to explore the possibilities around us with them. We experience similar paths of learning and sharing together. Along these paths, it is critically important for us to illustrate the rationale to them, making sure that they know reasons behind their given tasks. And this will help them perform better when they are aware of what they are acquiring or working on.
