申請入學條件：
1. 申請入學之學生必須學業成績及品行良好，在課外活動及服務方面有良好表現。本校將以電話通知申請者
面試安排，所有申請者均獲面試機會。
2. 甄選準則包括：
學業成績： 15%
操行： 30%
課外活動及服務： 40%
面試表現： 15%
申請辦法
1. 請將填妥之申請表連同下列文件，於2024年1月2日至1月16日交回校務處或透過中一派位電子平台提交。

身分證及出生證明書影印本；

中一自行分配學位申請表(教育局派發)；
-
小學五年級上、下學期及六年級上學期成績表影印本；
-
各類校內校外獎項／證書，包括：學業、運動、藝術及服務等影印本
2. 無需提交小學推薦信
3. 學校辦公時間：星期一至五：9:00am - 5:00 pm；星期六：9:00am - 12:00nn
4. 面試日期：將於2024年3月進行。確實日期容後公布。
5. 正取學生通知安排: 2024年3月27日以郵遞及電話方式通知正取學生家長。
其他：
申請表格所收集的個人資料，將用以辦理有關學位申請事宜，本校可能會把這些資料向政府部門披露，以便處理學位分配或其他有關教育事宜。根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，申請人有權修訂或查詢所提供的個人資料。任何與收集的個人資料有關查詢，包括要求查閱和修訂資料，應以書面向本校提出。

Admission Requirements:
1. Applicants must have good academic performance and conduct, as well as demonstrate active
participation in extracurricular activities and services. The school will notify applicants of interview
arrangements via phone call, and ALL applicants will be granted an opportunity to be interviewed.
2. The school will evaluate potential applicants basing on the following criteria:
Academic performance 15%
Conduct 30%
Extracurricular activities and Services 40%
Interview performance 15%
Application Procedures:
1. Please submit the completed application form along with the following documents to the school office or by
the SSPA e-Platform between 2nd and 16th January 16, 2024: (The deadline for submission will be based
on the date of posting if you choose to submit the application by mail.)

Photocopy of HKID card and birth certificate;

Application form for Secondary One Discretionary Places (distributed by the Education Bureau);

Academic Reports of Primary 5 (1st and 2nd term) and Primary 6 (1st term);
-
Photocopies of any awards/certificates received in school or outside school, including academic, sports, arts, and service-related achievements.
2. No need to submit recommendation letters from primary school.
3. School office hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm; Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm.
4. Interview dates: Interviews will be conducted in March 2024. Exact dates will be announced later.
5. Notification of successful applicants: Parents of successful applicants will be notified by mail on March 27, 2024.
Others:
The personal data provided by means of this form will be used for processing applications for S1 discretionary places. They may be disclosed to Education Bureau or other authorized schools for educational purposes. The provision of personal data by means of this form is obligatory. The applicant has the right to request access to, and correction of his/her personal data in accordance with Sections 18 and 22 of the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance and Principle 6 of Schedule 1. Personal data will not be kept after completing the student registration procedure.
